What we do

Critchleys company secretarial services offers assistance with the following:

  • Company formation (electronic or paper based incorporation as required)
  • Preparation of post incorporation documentation, including the first board minutes, share certificates etc.
  • Provision of a registered office service
  • Compliance with annual statutory obligations (including the preparation and submission of the confirmation statement to Companies House)

  • Changes to the company’s constitution including, officer changes, capital changes, amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association
