Corporate Finance Surgeries
In association with Brook Street des Roches, Critchleys Corporate Finance team are running a series of free monthly surgeries at BSDR's offices on Milton Park
The surgeries will take place on the last Thursday of every month and the first held on Thursday 26th June from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
These surgeries will give you the opportunity to meet Justin Ray (Critchleys) and David Engwell (BSDR) to obtain some impartial and informal advice about any corporate finance topic you are interested in:
- How can I raise additional capital or investment for my business?
- Can I restructure my business to make it more tax efficient or to better incentivise my management?
- What do I need to do to prepare my business for sale and how do I find a buyer?
- How do I go about acquiring another business?
