Julian Borley

Julian is a highly knowledgeable consultant, who has spent over 17 years working in VAT.

 

His experience was gained with both HM Customs and Excise and in private practice. This included a stint with a Big 4 accountancy firm.

 

Julian's extensive expertise covers VAT issues in most sectors, but in recent years has specialised in the education and public sectors. Julian is a member of the Thames Valley Chapter of the VAT Practitioners' Group.
