Katy qualified in audit at Critchleys before choosing to specialise in corporate finance and since then has gained strong experience in negotiating and managing transactions, in particular company sales / acquisitions, management buy outs, company valuations and due diligence assignments.

 

Katy is highly capable in the preparation of company sales and fundraising documentation and projections modelling.
