Ola Adeniran - Company Secretarial Assistant

Ola Adeniran

Ola holds a masters in Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Birmingham.

 

She is also a graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), and a member of the Association of Women Chartered Secretaries (AWCS).

 

Ola deals with the statutory and regulatory compliance of Private Limited Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP). 

 

Her role includes maintaining the statutory registers; preparing and ensuring timely filing of Companies House forms and documents; liaising with Companies House; drafting resolutions; and company incorporation services.

 

In her spare time, Ola's interests include; travelling, reading, movies and music.
