Paul has considerable experience in all areas of direct tax but over recent years has specialised in corporate taxation matters involving both compliance and advisory issues in particular offering technical advice on company sales, reorganisations and demergers.
Paul joined Critchleys in the summer of 1998 after completing a mathematics degree at Cardiff University and spending two years with the Oxford and Cambridge University Exam board.
