Sian King is an HR Adviser for Critchleys HR and Payroll, providing friendly practical support for clients on people management.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has over 13 years experience in HR gained in a range of different industry sectors including advertising, retail, distribution and HR consultancy for SME's.
As well as a wealth of operational HR experience she possesses a commercial and pragmatic approach, strong organisational skills and an extensive local business knowledge having grown up in Oxfordshire.
Outside of work she loves spending time with her 3 daughters and playing tennis, although she is much stronger on the Wii than the real thing! Eating out, reading and supporting retired greyhounds are also high on her personal agenda when she finds the time!
