- Provide your company with a registered office address in England and Wales where it is possible to serve documents on the company
- Ensure that post addressed to the company at the registered office is forwarded to the agreed address
- Keep and update the manual and/ or electronic copies of the company statutory registers
- Ensure that the company’s statutory registers are available for inspection in accordance with the law and the company’s directives
- Liaise with the company secretary or any other designated officials of the company
