The role

We have a vacancy for an Admin Assistant to join our busy Outsourcing team based in offices in central Oxford. The successful candidate’s duties will include:

  • Assisting with the provision of a first class company secretarial service to a large number of the Firm’s corporate clients and LLPs

  • Preparation of annual confirmation statements and other routine Companies House forms for our clients

  • Organising the re-direction of registered office post

  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of statutory books

  • Assisting with the maintenance of clients records and preparation of VAT returns

  • Raising invoices for directors approval

The person

You will be expected to demonstrate:

  • A good standard of education

  • Confidence in using Microsoft products

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage own time, work unsupervised and provide a quality service to clients at all times

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail

  • Ability to use own initiative and provide solutions
