Rob is an FCA with the ICAEW having qualified in 1991.
Rob's previous experience includes working as Group Financial Controller for LASMO plc and as Group Finance Director of an acquisitive venture-capital backed service company until facilitating its sale. He was also central to the preparation and marketing for AIM flotation of a wind and biomass energy company.
More recently Rob has spent 6 years as Finance Director for Agrivert Ltd, the organic waste recycling specialist and anaerobic digestion developer and operator. He was responsible for the raising of substantial funding during the credit crisis from a variety of sources including government grants, joint venture partners, project finance and private equity.
In July 2010 he left to form Kinetix Corporate Finance, which became Kinetix Critchleys Corporate Finance LLP in February 2018.
