Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a client relationship manager to join our busy Accounts team.

The role

Working within the Accounts team you will manage a portfolio of clients ranging in size from small sole traders to larger growing limited companies, working closely alongside the Directors and Partners. You will be the client’s main point of contact as well as being responsible for managing and reviewing the work of your team to ensure all deadlines are met.

The person in this role will be an influential team member involved in staff development and overall accounts team management. High expectations are placed on exceptional client care and technical excellence.

The person

You must be ACCA or ACA qualified, or be qualified through experience, and ideally have three years’ post qualification practice experience.

Experience in using accounts production packages, excel and cloud based bookkeeping softwares are essential for this role. Ideally you will also have experience in completing and reviewing corporate tax computations in addition to accounts preparation knowledge.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, organisational and IT skills, who is able to demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy, and has the confidence to work on your own initiative.

Team work, the ability to prioritise and multitask, as well as the skill of working to tight deadlines in a steady, thorough and deliberate manner, will be needed for this busy role.

The role is based on a 37.5 hour working week Monday to Friday although we are open to part-time working.
