You will be working alongside our IT Manager within the busy Operations Team providing support to all our staff.

As the IT Technician you will assist and support the IT Manager with desktop support, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, and the delivery of various project assignments.
You will be the first port of call for staff and directors in relation to equipment and core application functionality, ensuring minimal disruption to the Firm’s functions. This will include responsibility of the Firm’s helpdesk ticketing system.
You will be involved in creating user guides and will assist with the effective planning and development of the firm’s IT infrastructure.
This role is suitable for those interested in technology and looking to further their IT career.
You are reliable, able to follow instructions and to work autonomously, but you are also able to recognise when you need assistance. You are able to quickly gain new skills and knowledge when faced with new challenges, i.e. strong google-fu.
You are able to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities. You demonstrate a high attention to detail, and can work well as part of a team.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 12 months experience in an IT support role, as well as experience in active directory administration and group policy and Windows 10 support in a domain environment.
Having an interest in programming and scripting experience would be beneficial although is not essential. Experience in supporting Microsoft SQL server and Mobile OS (iPhone, Android and iPad) support is desirable.
