We have a vacancy for an Senior Outsourcing (Management Services) Assistant to join our Outsourcing team at Critchleys

The role

Working in the Outsourcing team you will be responsible for the maintenance of client books and records, including the reconciliation of bank, customer and supplier accounts, completion of VAT returns and preparation of management accounts.

The person

You must be second tier ACCA or CIMA qualified, or be qualified through experience, and ideally have practice experience. Experience in Sage, Xero, Quickbooks and Excel would be an advantage. As this is a client-facing role, you will be required to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle on a regular basis.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, who is able to demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy, and has the confidence to work on your own initiative.

Team work, the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines in a steady, thorough and deliberate manner, and to see a job through to its conclusion will be needed for this busy role.
