As I've mentioned before, we trying different ways to promote wellbeing in our workplace. Today, we had our first guided meditation session at work. This is not something I had tried before, but it was great!
Meditation and mindfullness are increasingly popular in and out of work. And it is not hard to see why! Just having the chance to sit still, relax and breathe deeply is a gift.
There's growing evidence that these kinds of regular practice can be really helpful to combat the stresses and strains of work. So we're planning to hold these sessions once a week, with anyone on our team welcome to attend.
