Charlotte joined the Critchleys Outsourcing team in 2021 and is a student member of the Chartered Governance Institute of the UK and Ireland (CGIUKI). She holds a Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice, as well as a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Portsmouth. She is also currently studying towards the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme.
As a Company Secretarial Advisor, Charlotte is responsible for our clients' routine statutory compliance and provides advice on more complicated matters. Typically, she is responsible for filing forms to Companies House for routine company changes, completing Confirmation Statements and Dormant Company Accounts, advising on and completing Incorporations and Dissolutions, and advising on more complex share transactions.
