Our HR Advisor Packages

HR Advisor - Retainer Service

£195 + VAT

Have a named HR advisor on-hand to provide you with unlimited HR support by telephone and email during office hours.

Package includes

A dedicated and experienced HR team to support you in addressing your staffing needs and maximising your employees’ potential. A Team who will act as your true Business Partners.

We offer a free HR Health Check of your current HR function. We will conduct a thorough review of all relevant documents before proceeding with the engagement. Don’t worry if everything is not in place, we will help you with updating your HR offering for a reasonable fee and support your organisation to be completely compliant with Employment Law.

Access to HR and Employment Law advice from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, by direct telephone and email.

Insurance cover of up to £500,000 per year to cover your legal fees and compensatory awards in employment disputes. Terms and conditions apply.

Preferential hourly and daily fee rates for all bespoke projects, specialist tribunal preparation support and work carried out at your premises.

An annual update of all documentation in line with new legislation. Regular updates on HR practice and employment law.

Access to HR templates, Employers’ Guides and best practice articles.

On-site work at your premises is available at a preferential hourly rate of £100 per hour.

Subscription is for one year and premiums start from £195 + VAT per month (dependent on number of employees and sector).

HR Advice - Pay As You Go

£195 + VAT

This is a tie-in free, pay as you go HR service. And although we’re happy to have an informal initial chat, if you do want to proceed, we’ll need you to sign a Letter of Engagement and a Data Protection schedule before we discuss any individual details.

We offer an initial complementary informal consultation to discuss your business needs. If you would like further advice and support, we will ask you to agree a letter of engagement and data protection schedule first.

We can advise you on employee matters, draft letters and documents, and help you to run difficult employee meetings too.

This service is ideal for a one-off piece of advice or project support, such as how to handle a disciplinary or grievance issue, to provide support for recruitment activity or a redundancy process. We are happy to work with business owners or managers with people management responsibilities, or to provide additional resource at peak periods to HR professionals.

We’re an accredited Partner of BreatheHR and are able to provide a HR software solution for businesses of any size. Breathe is a cloud-based HR software system enabling businesses to be in control of all HR functions, processes and employee data ranging from holidays, absences, workloads, performance and much more.

It’s GDPR compliant and is easy to use. It can be accessed from any device that has internet access, no special hardware or software is needed.

An affordable and easy to navigate system. Pricing is based on headcount. Subscriptions start from £12 per month for 1 to 10 employees.
